Submit your form
Once you graduate and begin working in your new practice, your first step is completing our Invisalign New Provider Form.
STEP TWO
Complete onboarding
Your final step is completing our professional education course after you graduate and join a practice. We offer the following on-demand option designed to fit your professional schedule:

Become a provider at your own pace, in the comfort of your home.

Submit your form
Your first step is completing the Invisalign Provider form. Completing this form will allow us to invite you to our educational courses, in-person programs, and other specialized education. Please complete the form below.
STEP TWO
Take our university courses
Next, register for the following University Invisalign Fundamentals courses while you are in school or dental residency:
Introduction to Digital Patient Care
Provides the basics of the digital workflow, scanning, and record acquisition (A virtual, 4-hour complimentary course).
Digital Diagnosis & Clear Aligner Fundamentals using Invisalign
Examine digital and orthodontic diagnosis, digital workflow, and indications for aligner care (A virtual, 4-hour complimentary course).
Completing these two courses as a dental student or resident ensures that you are eligible to receive a special promotion for our required onboarding course after you graduate.

Complete onboarding
Your final step is to graduate, join a practice, and begin our GP onboarding pathway. Please contact university_partners@aligntech.com for more information.
